I started my career as a registered nurse, where I learned to navigate and problem solve complex situations in the ICU. I had to think fast, prioritize tasks and keep calm in literal life and death situations. 

After transitioning out of the hospital environment, I spent years working in clinical research leadership at Mayo Clinic. We jokingly called ourselves “professional cat herders” working with medical staff, physicians and university professors to design, implement and execute clinical research studies. This is where my ability to problem solve and operationalize complex problems came to light. 

Feeling called to experience more than healthcare, I co-founded a product-based business that grew from my basement into a multi seven-figure brand. Good Ass Hair Day dry shampoo quickly became a viral Tiktok sensation, which required me to scale operations very quickly, but with intention. 

That mix of precision, people skills, and real-world entrepreneurship means I approach business with both structure and heart. I’m all about creating systems that support your growth, and your life with clarity, calm, and strategy that actually works.
